SMS Modus
(SMS mode)

The IPG supports two SMS transmission modes:

In IMS mode, message delivery takes place exclusively via the mobile operator’s IP data network (e.g. in combination with VoLTE).

In NAS mode, SMS messages are transmitted via the traditional signaling layer of the mobile network.

Instead of using a dot (“.”), the *️⃣ key must be used.

Beispiel: To set the address 192.168.1.222,

Factory setting is 192.168.178.50.

Zielrufnummer
(target number)

Enter the target phone number for SMS notifications sent by the IPG.
The number must be entered in international format (+49XXXXXXXXX).


Objektnummer
(Object number)

The object ID is transmitted with each SMS notification.
A numeric sequence of up to 16 digits can be entered.


Akku Stoerung
(battery fault)

Message: “Battery fault”
The battery is regularly checked for correct function and capacity.
If a problem with the battery is detected, an appropriate message is transmitted depending on the selected option.

Options:
kein Ziel (no target:) No message is transmitted.
SMS: Messages are transmitted.


Netz Stoerung
(power supply fault)

Message: “Power supply”
The power supply is continuously monitored.
In the event of a power failure or recovery, a corresponding message can be transmitted.

kein Ziel (no target:) No message is transmitted.
SMS: Messages are transmitted.


NRT Stoerung
(nrt fault)

Message: “NRT fault”
If a blockage of the analog NRT port is detected (e.g. the NRT does not release the line or there is a short circuit), an appropriate message can be transmitted.

SMS: Messages are transmitted.


IPG Stoerung
(ipg fault)

Message: “Data context termination (PDP context)”
If the LTE module loses its data context, an appropriate message can be sent.

VdS Stoerung
(VdS fault)

Message indicating a fault in the emergency transmission via the SecurIP protocol.

Sends an SMS when OUT1 is activated.

MQTT Monitoring

Aktiviert (enabled) - factory setting: Monitoring is active. Status data of the IPG and the mobile connection are transmitted to the TGE cloud.

Bus

Activates or deactivates the bus operation for Telegärtner emergency call devices of the XT / XS series. Bus operation is enabled by default.

Bus Baudrate
(bus baud rate)

Configures the baud rate for IP programming by the emergency call center. The baud rate must be set identically on both the emergency call device and the IPG. All Telegärtner Elektronik devices are preconfigured with a value of 300 Bd.

NTP Server

IP address of an NTP server for time synchronization of the IPG.

Specifies the IP address that the IPG pings at fixed intervals via ICMP to check reachability.

Specifies the IP address that the IPG pings at fixed intervals via ICMP when the alternative APN is used.

FW Update IP

IP address update server.

FW Update Port

Port number of the update server.

FW Update Zweig
(fw update branch)

Selection of the update branch (stable, develop, testing, longterm).

SMS Pin Lock

Activates or deactivates the use of the PIN for SMS commands. It is strongly recommended to keep this option enabled.

SMS Pin

Defines the PIN for SMS commands. The factory setting is 00000000.

HTTPoLTE Dauer
(HTTPoLTE duration)

Defines the access duration to the web interface via mobile network.
The factory setting is 600 seconds.

NRT Protokoll
(nrt protocol)

If VdS-SecurIP is chosen as the transmission method for emergency calls, this option defines whether the connected emergency call device transmits its data using the Telegärtner or the P100 protocol.

auto. DTMF-9

Activates or deactivates the automatic transmission of DTMF digit 9 to the NRT-port when the remote station hangs up or the line is busy.

autom. VAZ
(auto country code)

Automatic prefixing of the country code. Enter the country code for the destination numbers of the emergency call device.
Factory setting is +49 (Germany).

NRT Impedanz
(nrt impedance)

Selection of the impedance profile for the “NRT” port. This value is preconfigured and should only be changed after consulting Telegärtner Service & Support.

MRT Impedanz
(mrt impedance)

Selection of the impedance profile for the “MRT” port. This value is preconfigured and should only be changed after consulting Telegärtner Service & Support.
