The NRT can be reset to its factory default settings at any time, for example to delete old or incorrect configurations.
Via PRG 100:
The alarm device must be connected to a power supply.
Then select the menu item “Factory reset?” and follow the instructions.
Via the service button:

Press the service button for at least 10 seconds until the STATUS LED glows red.

When the process is complete, the LED turns off and then starts flashing green.
